Understanding myself is extremely important in my career development so that I can develop a passion for something I love/like doing. If I end up doing something completely unusual to my liking/fondness in my workplace, I might not be doing that job for a long period of time in the future. Moreover, I will always have an urge to switch jobs and not be able to understand the best choices for me in the professional world. I have to participate in personality tests and find out my tendencies to do better and not so better in specific organizational and professional tasks.
